Biography
After studying at the Munich Guitar Institute and the Jazz School of St. Gallen, René Reimann developed an artistic path rooted in stylistic openness and sonic exploration.
His playing moves between atmospheric soundscapes, experimental sound design and rhythmic energy, allowing him to work equally within contemporary art projects, jazz ensembles, world music collaborations and improvisational settings.
Over the course of his career he has collaborated with artists such as Pierre Favre, Claudia Masika, Cheb Didin and Teddy Dan, participating in numerous international projects. His work is grounded in listening, encounter and the creation of musical spaces where stylistic boundaries dissolve in favour of artistic expression.
